Miles, Sears & Eanni has announced that Richard C. Watters has settled Frank L. Lathrop and Romelia A. Lathrop v. Michael R. Tolladay Corporation et al. The case involved an industrial accident in Clovis, California where Mr. Lathrop, while placing plywood, fell through an unsecured plywood covering and landed 20 feet below on the cement. Mr. Lathrop suffered a traumatic brain injury and various serious fractures.
