Miles, Sears & Eanni attorney Richard Watters reached a settlement in a confidential personal injury case on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Roe for injuries sustained by Mrs. Roe in a motor vehicle versus farming equipment accident in Madera County in September 2023. Mrs. Roe suffered severe injuries as a result of the collision, and Mr. Roe had a claim for loss of consortium. The case settled for $3,000,000 cash, which was all the insurance that was available on the defendants through Liberty Mutual.
